Key Account Coordinator
Ryano Logistics (part of the E. van Wijk Group) is a company that starts where many companies stop. We do not shy away from a challenge. Whether it concerns over-sized from Portugal to Sweden or heavy cargo from England to Germany, you are the person who, whatever the demand, will arrange this for your customer in collaboration with the planning or forwarding.
This job is really dynamic, no day is the same. With a team of transport specialists, you look for the best every day for your customer, who relies on your expertise.
What are the tasks:
• First point of contact for operational matters at customers;
• Treats the customer with respect and 'as promised';
• Provides the customer with accurate and complete information regarding the status of the order;
• Proactively reports when the service does not go as planned;
• Documents non-conformities and passes on complaints to the Account Manager;
• Notifies the manager in a timely manner in the event of (possible) problems.
